What are the requirements to rent a scooter?

You must be at least 21 years old and provide a valid passport (we only keep a copy, not the original). A cash security deposit of 3,000 to 10,000 THB is required upon signing.

Do I need an International Driving Permit (IDP) in Phuket?

Technically, yes. To ride legally in Thailand and ensure insurance validity, you must hold an International Driving Permit (IDP) with a Category A (motorcycle) endorsement. Riding without one risks a 1,000 THB police fine.

Do you deliver scooters to the Airport or Pier?

No, we do not offer direct delivery/pickup at Phuket Airport (HKT) or piers. We can deliver to your hotel (free for rentals of 3+ days & >1000 THB) or you can pick up the bike at our shop in Wichit.

Question 4

Can I rent a scooter for 1 or 2 days?

Yes, absolutely! However, we do not offer hotel delivery for rentals shorter than 3 days. You are welcome to pick up your scooter directly at our shop.

What are the requirements for free hotel delivery?

Accepted Answer

To qualify for free hotel delivery, your rental must be for a minimum of 3 days AND the total rental fee must be at least 1,000 THB.

Question 6

Are the scooters insured?

Accepted Answer

Our scooters come with compulsory government Third-Party Liability insurance (covers injury to others). Damage to the rental scooter itself is the renter's responsibility. We recommend having your own personal travel insurance.

What happens if the motorbike breaks down?

Accepted Answer

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp and share your location via Google Maps. Our in-house mechanics provide roadside assistance within Phuket (usually within 1 hour).

Question 8

What is the fuel policy?

Full to Full. You will receive the scooter with a full tank (Gasoline 91 for <125cc, Gasoline 95 for >150cc) and must return it full.

Question 9

Can I get a refund if I return the bike early?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not offer refunds for rental fees if you return the scooter earlier than agreed. However, your security deposit is fully refundable upon safe return of the bike.

Is there a mileage limit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is a generous fair-use allowance depending on rental length (e.g., 80km/day for 1-6 days). Excess mileage is charged at 5 THB/km. You must stay on Phuket island.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

For both the rental fee and the security deposit, we accept Cash (THB, USD, EUR). Original passports are not accepted as deposit.
