• Rental Payment: The full rental amount is paid upfront. You can pay with:

Scooter Handover

1. Check and Photo: Before you ride off, please take a video or photos of the scooter to record its current condition. This protects both you and us!

2. Full Tank Policy: Your scooter will be provided with a full tank of 91 or 95-octane gasoline. Please return it topped up and ready for the next adventurer!

3. Your Responsibility: Once you sign the agreement, you become the bike’s caretaker. You are financially responsible for the scooter in the event of any loss or damage during your rental period (wear and tear excluded, of course!).

To be 100% legal according to Thai law and for your insurance to be valid, you should have an International Driving Permit (Category A). While many shops don’t check this, we recommend it to ensure you avoid police fines and stay fully covered during your adventure.

One of the biggest fears in Thailand is handing over your passport. At Phuket Scooter Rental, we have a No Passport Deposit policy. We only require a copy of your passport and a fair, transparent cash deposit. Keep your ID safe in your hotel; we trust our customers.

1. Call Us Right Away: As soon as you suspect an issue, please call us so we can understand the problem.

2. Share Your Location: The fastest way for us to reach you is to pin your exact location in Google Maps and share it with us. This makes it much easier for our team to locate and assist you quickly.

Our Goal: We strive to reach your location and assist you with the scooter within approximately one hour, of your call depends on the traffic in Phuket. We will get you back on the road or provide a replacement as efficiently as possible!

Requirements for Delivery

To qualify for our hotel delivery service, we require a minimum rental commitment:

How to Refuel (Quick Guide)

• Before returning the scooter, please stop at the nearest petrol station.

• For scooters with 110cc or 125cc engines, we require 91 octane gasoline.

• For scooters that are 150cc, 160cc, 300cc, or 350cc, we require Gasoline 95.

Service Option (If You’re Pressed for Time)

Your complimentary daily riding distance depends on the length of your rental term:

Example:

If you rent a scooter for 5 days, your total complimentary travel allowance is 5 days times 80 km = 400 km over the entire rental period.

If you rent a scooter for 12 days, your total complimentary travel allowance is 12 days times 72 km = 864 km over the entire rental period.

If you rent a scooter for 18 days, your total complimentary travel allowance is 18 days times 64 km = 1152 km over the entire rental period.

If you rent a scooter for 27 days, your total complimentary travel allowance is 27 days times 56 km = 1512 km over the entire rental period.

⚠️ Excess Mileage Charges
