Your data is used strictly for administrative and legal purposes:

• Rental Agreement: To create a legally binding contract for your scooter rental.

• Communication: We only use your email or phone number for direct communication regarding your rental (e.g., booking confirmation, return reminders). We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

• Insurance Claims: In the event of an accident or theft, we share necessary data with our recognized insurance providers to process claims.

• Official Authorities: Data is shared only with officially recognized Thai government agencies (such as the Police) if legally required.
